Our story
Company Background
After more than 15 years building a leading MSSP/MDR company, we saw the same problem persist time and again: the data layer was never truly optimized for advanced analytics or AI. We evaluated countless tools and third-party data management platforms, but the reality was always the same—too much complexity, too much manual effort, and too much cost, with no solution that worked well in practice.
Following our exit from the MDR business in 2024, we reassembled our original data science team to take on this challenge directly. As AI adoption surged, the need became even more urgent. Organizations were moving quickly to embrace AI, but most were still relying on legacy data stacks designed for storage, search, and human review—not for machine reasoning, autonomous workflows, or intelligent scale.
That is why we founded Knowledge Grid: to provide the missing data layer for AI. Our mission is to help organizations transform raw structured and unstructured data into a foundation that is better prepared for AI-driven applications, analytics, and intelligent decision-making.

Company Mission
Our Vision
Our mission is to reframe the data paradigm used in the Modern Data Stack to provide “The AI Data Layer for Cyber Security”
Our goal is the solve that by providing a purpose-built “AI infrastructure stack" that
-
continuously analyzes all the data to detect anomalies,
-
surface unknown threats, and
-
make it instantly usable for AI agents/LLMs.
Our vision is to build the cognitive data foundation for the age of Agentic AI, to enable clients to transform raw telemetry into high-signal knowledge structures that power intelligent analytics and autonomous AI operations.
Why Knowledge Grid?
Purpose Built for the AI Era
Traditional data stacks were never designed for the demands of Agentic AI, machine reasoning, or autonomous operations. Knowledge Grid provides a new kind of data foundation—one built specifically to support intelligent applications, advanced analytics, and AI-driven workflows.
Makes Raw Data Instantly Usable
Knowledge Grid goes beyond collecting and storing data. It transforms raw telemetry and complex data streams into organized, high-signal knowledge structures that make analytics more effective, AI models more context-aware, and downstream systems more intelligent.
A Smarter Foundation for Modern Security and Data Operations
We bridge the gap between Organizations need more than storage and search—they need data infrastructure that can keep pace with scale, complexity, and automation. Knowledge Grid helps unlock faster analysis, more adaptive intelligence, and more efficient operations across data-intensive environments.human operators and AI agents by providing structured context that simplifies complex correlation and accelerates response times.
